Hearts On Fire names Smales 2012 Retailer of the Year

Smales is thrilled to announce that global diamond jewellery brand Hearts On Fire®, The World’s Most Perfectly Cut Diamond®, has named Smales the 2012 Global Retailer of the Year.

Selected from over 600 retailers around the world, this designation is Hearts On Fire’s most prestigious honour.

Hearts On Fire is renowned for its perfectly cut diamonds and unparalleled quality of diamond jewellery, and is sold in 14 jewellers throughout Australia.

The Hearts On Fire Global Retailer of the Year represents a jeweller who truly illustrates the highest level of sales performance, as well as commitment and implementation of elements that support Hearts On Fire’s innovative brand goals and differentiation.

Smales Director and Co-Owner Ron Smales said: “We’re thrilled to have won the Hearts On Fire Global Retailer of the Year.

Smales’ recognition headlines a list of 24 final nominees who were named to The Best All Around Retail Partners for 2012.

The selection process is a meticulous one that begins with the individual Account Managers nominating candidates based on their results over the past 15 months (Oct 2011 – Dec 2012), and ends with a core group of Hearts On Fire management selecting the nominees and winners in each region, and, then, ultimately the “Retailer of the Year.”
